The smarter, simpler, faster way to restock bar fridges.
A patent-pending ergonomic caddy designed to make bottle-fridge restocking faster and easier, reduce the need for repeated bending and twisting, and improve stock rotation. Our current prototype model targets up to ~75% faster restocking. Designed by a former orthopaedic nurse.
Bar restocking can involve repeated bending, twisting and other manual-handling risk factors.
Traditional bottle-fridge restocking can involve repeated bending, twisting, reaching and lifting in confined spaces. These are recognised manual-handling risk factors, particularly when tasks are repetitive or carried out in awkward positions. According to the HSE, 511,000 workers in Great Britain were suffering from work-related musculoskeletal disorders in 2024/25, while reported injuries in accommodation and food services have also increased in recent years.
Inefficient restocking can also carry a financial cost. Our 2025 internal model, based on a typical five-staff pub, estimated potential annual savings of approximately £6,845 based on labour-time and cover-cost assumptions. Actual savings will vary depending on staffing levels, restocking frequency and venue operations.

Why traditional restocking can create manual-handling risk
Traditional bottle-fridge restocking can involve repeated bending, twisting, reaching and lifting in confined spaces. These are recognised manual-handling risk factors, particularly when tasks are repetitive or carried out in awkward positions.
HSE guidance recommends avoiding hazardous manual handling where reasonably practicable and reducing risk through better task design, working practices and suitable handling aids.
Bartenders Buddy is designed to reduce the need for repeated bending, crouching and twisting by allowing stock to be prepared at a more comfortable working height before being transferred into the fridge.
